How do I book?
All bookings are done online via our website.
How do I cancel my booking?
Send an email 48 hours before the reservation at info@maitredujeu.ca with your name, the date and time of your reservation. We will be able to cancel it for you. It is also possible to call us at 819-205-2400.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All reservations will be paid online with a credit card during the booking process, but we accept cash, debit and credit in person.
Can I use my cell phone in the room?
No, taking pictures and videos in the room is not allowed. However, you are allowed to have your phone with you.
What ages are allowed at Maître du Jeu?
The minimum recommended age to participate in a scenario at Maître du Jeu is 10 years. However, if you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in any of our rooms..
Are the scenarios available in English and French?
Yes, the scenarios are bilingual. You can have within the same group of Anglophones and Francophones for certain scenarios.
I have a gift certificate. How can I use it to book on the website?
To book using a gift certificate, you must email us at info@maitredujeu.ca or call us at 819-205-2400. We will assist you with your booking.
What is the minimum number of players allowed in a room?
Until further notice, the minimum number of players allowed is 2. It should be noted that some of our scenarios have been designed for groups of 4 or more. The difficulty of the room can therefore increase to fewer players.
Do you have a discount if we want to make a second room in the same day?
Of course ! We offer 25% discount on the second room. To take advantage of this offer please call us before booking.
Do you have a student discount?
Yes, on Thursdays students are entitled to a discount! On Thursdays, students will pay $23.99 + TX by presenting their student card. To book and get this discount, please call us.The discount is not applicable if you pay online.
