DECLARATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
This declaration of acceptance of risk and release of liability is made by and between the undersigned entrant (hereinafter referred to as "I" or the "Participant") and Maître du Jeu Inc. (hereinafter referred to as " Maître du Jeu") . In order to be authorized to use the facilities and participate in the activities offered by Maître du Jeu (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity"), the Participant agrees and declares the following:

Risks
I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the use of the facilities and participation in the Activities, including, without limitation, exposure to moving objects, use of mechanical and electrical devices and access to confined and dimly lit spaces.
Given the risks associated with the activity, participation is not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from heart disease, anxiety disorders, convulsions, or those suffering from claustrophobia. -
Acceptance of risks
Having learned about the risks inherent to the activity, I declare to be in physical shape, emotional and mental allowing me to participate in the activity with full knowledge of the facts, and by present, I acknowledge and accept the risks that the activity may entail and I also assume material or physical damage that may result.
I understand that all rules relating to participation in the activity must be followed with rigor and discernment and that at all times I will be solely responsible for my personal safety and will preventive attitude towards me and other participants.
I agree to cease any participation in the activity if, at any time, I feel that I am at an unusual risk or in unsafe conditions or if I do not have the necessary condition to allow me to continue to participate in the activity, in a way that will not jeopardize my safety and/or the other participants.

Release of liability
I hereby waive any claim or right of action that I have or may have against Maître du Jeu, its directors, officers and employees, as to any liability for any loss or damage that I could suffer or incur because of my participation in the activity, caused by any cause whatsoever.

Video surveillance
I acknowledge that cameras have been installed in the various Maître du Jeu playrooms for security purposes, and I hereby consent to being monitored and recorded for such purposes. In addition, in case of emergency, I authorize Maître du Jeu and their employees to intervene and take the necessary actions to help me, including contacting the ambulance.

Use of image
I hereby authorize Maître du Jeu, its directors, directors and employees to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast and display - for promotional purposes - any photo, video or audio recording on which I appear or on which hear my voice, especially in corporate documents, leaflets, promotional tool, or on the website of the Maître du Jeu and the social media sites, without any remuneration or additional advice.

Send SMS
I hereby authorize Maître du Jeu, its directors, directors and employees to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast and display - for promotional purposes - the phone number provided at the time of booking in order to send SMS, without any remuneration or additional advice.

Other conditions
I acknowledge that any questions relating to the application and the interpretation of this document is governed exclusively by the laws of the province of Quebec and of Canada which apply to it, and I agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Province of Quebec, in the District of Gatineau, in respect of any action, proceeding or claim in this regard.
We are very sensitive to the confidentiality of your information.
When you perform a transaction on our website, the information you provide is used exclusively to handle your request, for the purchase of gift certificates or to book a scenario. Your email address will be used to confirm your bookingor to send you the information needed to complete your transaction. No information is shared with third parties without your permission or in the case of a request from a qualified legal representative.
All critical data that may be required must be encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet. We use an outside company to process all credit card transactions securely. This company do not retain, share or use any personally identifiable information for purposes other than payment processing.
We understand that making transactions on our website requires trust on your part. We value your trust and are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of personal information you provide to us and use it only in the framework described in our policy.
Cancellation
You must notify us by email or phone a minimum of 48 hours before your reservation to obtain a full refund. Exceed the 48 hour deadline, a gift certificate will be issued to you. Master of the Game reserves the right to charge a fee of $ 50 for any cancellation exceeding the 48 hour period.
Promotions and discounts
Holders of groupon coupon benefited from the same service when booking online as users at regular price. Only the time slot at 19:00 pm and 19:45 pm, respectively for scenarios Galleon Buccaneers and New York Crime, are excluded when booking with promotional groupon coupon.
Holders of a groupon coupon are subject to the cancellation policy. At least 48 hours' notice required for cancellations or the coupon will lose its promotional value.
The gift certificates are applicable only for scenarios at Maître du Jeu. The gift certificates are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable.
Re-targeting technologies
Our website and (mobile) application use re-targeting technologies within the internet. This enables us to show our visitors, who were already interested in our shop and our products, advertisements from us on partner websites. We believe that the display of a personalised, interest-based advertising is more interesting for our customers than advertising that does not have a personal connection.?We also work with other companies who use tracking technologies to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. These companies may collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to our websites or (mobile) applications and your interaction with our communications, including advertising.? Re-targeting technologies analyse your cookies and display advertisement based on your past surfing behaviour.
We do not store any personal information data about you with this technology and the usage of our retargeting technology is in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Users can opt-out of the Advertising Features that Maître du Jeu uses, including through Google Ads Settings and Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available mean, such as the consumer opt-out tool pertaining to interest-based advertising developed and offered by the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). In case you do not wish such a data transfer between Facebook and Maître du Jeu, please log off in Facebook before you enter our website. We cannot influence this data collection and data transfer by the Facebook Plug-ins.
