How do I book?
All bookings are done online via our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All reservations will be paid online with a credit card during the booking process, but we accept cash, debit and credit in person.
I have a gift certificate. How can I use it to book on the website?
To book using a gift certificate, you must email us at info@maitredujeu.ca or call us at 819-205-2400. We will assist you with your booking.
How do I cancel my booking?
Send an email 48 hours before the reservation at info@maitredujeu.ca with your name, the date and time of your reservation. We will be able to cancel it for you. It is also possible to call us at 819-205-2400.
What is the minimum age for VR?
The minimum age is 8. However you must be accompanied by an adult if you're under 16.
Do you sell food and beverages?
Yes, we sell a variety of beverages , some candy and chips. However, we do not sell any alcohol. It is forbidden to consume on site.
What is recommended to wear?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and not to wear flip-flops so that the experience is as pleasant as possible for you.
Is it possible to wear the VR headset with your glasses?
Yes, it is possible to wear your glasses, because the VR headset is adjustable.
